Why Lead The Shift™ and Why Now?
Anti-Oppressive Supervision™ showed us what was possible: leaders could unlearn harm and begin repairing culture. But cohorts alone weren’t enough—and with federal funding for equity work under attack, we knew the work needed to survive beyond budgets and politics. That’s why we created Lead The Shift™: a licensing program that equips organizations to train their own facilitators and embed accountability that lasts.
This 12-month program provides organizations with an interactive learning hub comprised of the three main components:

“How I acknowledge the harm I’ve caused others.”

“How I take responsibility for my actions.”
